Benefit & Wellbeing Guides
These guides consolidate and transform your carrier, retirement, and compliance summaries into an easy-to-navigate company-branded resource.
Case study: an organization distributed benefit summaries from each of their carriers to employees – creating several documents, disparity, and confusion. Based on the audience, we developed a basic guide as part of Phase I.

Micro Learning Videos
Micro videos, built with motion clips, sound bytes, and creativity, can help transform complex or challenging topics into manageable stories, in under 2 minutes.
Case study: An organization was integrating into the parent company’s benefits, resulting in changes. We followed-up with written resources, but introduced it via this video.
Additional video topics include – HDHP medical plans, total rewards overview, mental health support, and many others.
Benefit Summaries
The benefit equivalent of an elevator speech. Sometimes you just need a 1-page highlight to share with prospective talent for talent acquisition teams and career fairs.
Case study: Each business unit shared benefits, but their respective HR partner had created their own summaries. Resulting in a disjointed brand and message. We worked with each team and designed a universal template.
We can customize summaries for different employee groups if eligibility varies.
Offboarding Documents
Whether an employee is exiting due to a resignation or a divestiture, a key question is always, “what happens to my benefits?” Developing a consolidated how-to helps you and the employee manage the necessary steps.
Case study: a business unit was sold to an outside organization via a stock sale. This has unique impacts especially on COBRA, retirement, and deferred comp plans. We worked with our carriers to consolidate and clearly document what-happens and what-action.
Offboarding documents are also used for departing employees.
Life Event Summaries
Benefit & Wellbeing Guides are great, but sometimes you just need an answer. Life event summaries bring carriers, action steps, and benefits together in a single document.
Case study: an employee is expecting a child and wants to know what to expect. Rather than providing several copies of a handbook for FMLA, a claim form for short-term disability, a request for parental leave, and much more. Provide a central document that chronologically defines and links actions and benefits.

Newsletters
Newsletters are caring, gentle reminders that benefits are more than copays and prescriptions. They can help you promote EAP no-charge webinars, unique benefit features, and creating calls to action.
